At Jadeed Fashion, each garment is individually crafted to order with precision and care. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we operate a tailored returns policy that reflects the personalised service we provide.
Made-to-Order Garments
All items are custom-made based on the specifications provided at the time of purchase. For this reason:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
- We are unable to offer refunds for incorrect measurements or preferences submitted by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including sizing and customisation, are accurate before confirming their purchase.
Fit & Alterations
As each garment is made-to-measure, minor variations in fit may occur due to natural differences in posture, body shape, and measurement techniques.
- Fit variations are not considered defects.
- Slight differences in fit are a normal part of bespoke tailoring.
- We recommend minor local alterations for the best final fit.
- Jadeed Fashion is not responsible for alteration costs unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may already have begun and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and fairly.
To raise a claim, you must:
- Contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the fault.
What Qualifies as a Fault
A fault may include:
- Manufacturing defects, such as stitching or construction issues.
- Fabric defects or damage prior to delivery.
- Receiving an incorrect item.
The following are not considered faults:
- Minor fit adjustments.
- Measurement inaccuracies provided by the customer.
- Natural variations in handmade garments.
Assessment & Resolution
Each case is carefully reviewed to ensure a fair outcome.
If a fault is confirmed, Jadeed Fashion may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- A replacement garment.
- A partial refund.
- A full refund, where appropriate.
Investigation Timeframe
Once your claim has been submitted, we will acknowledge your request within 2–3 working days.
Please allow up to 10–15 working days for a full assessment and final decision, depending on the nature of the issue.
We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our garments, all items are considered non-returnable unless deemed faulty following assessment.
