Shipping Policy

All Jadeed Fashion garments are made to order and dispatched once production is complete. As each piece is individually crafted, processing time is required before shipping.

Production Time

Each garment is individually tailored to your specifications.

Please allow 7–14 working days for production before dispatch.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes, including production and shipping, are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 10–20 working days
  • International: 10–25 working days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched once production is complete.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.
  • Where applicable, multiple items within the same order may be shipped separately.

Each order is carefully presented in our signature luxury packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. While every effort is made to protect your package during transit, minor marks or damage to the outer box may occur and are not considered defects.

Delivery Charges

A delivery fee of £49.99 applies to all orders. This will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Jadeed Fashion has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

Delays

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • High demand
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays or peak periods

Jadeed Fashion is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched; however, we will always do our best to assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

Jadeed Fashion is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier and may be subject to their operational processes and timelines.
